We are hiring a temporary Project Assistant (Paid Intern) for our Supply Chain & Contract Management team at Roche Diagnostics Oy to assist in the implementation of a warehouse management program used in laboratories. The job includes travelling to customer sites for face-to-face training in laboratories. We provide training for the position and continuous support throughout the work. We are reviewing applications during the application process. 

Your Opportunity

• You have the opportunity to work with professionals and get a close look at the daily operations of laboratories in Finland. We offer a salary for the internship and cover the travel costs related to training.

• You will gain valuable experience for your studies and future career. You work five days a week, starting as soon as possible. The project duration is 3 months, and the position is temporary.

• You prepare work for customer training (collecting materials, ensuring customer data), train the customers, do tasks related to customer hypercare support, and create training reporting.

Who You Are

• You are a university student or already graduated

• You have a customer-oriented mindset, good communication skills  and good at taking initiatives

• You are fluent in Finnish (native level) and have a good level of English. Additionally, proficiency in Swedish is preferred for few customers.
