Summary
The Project and Healthcare Consultant is responsible for analyzing the workflow of customer's laboratories and designing an efficient lab layout and workflow solution, and to manage the solution implementation.
Your Responsibilities
Pre-sales Service
· Meet with customers to find out the requirements for the configuration
· Challenge customers on their current workflow and set up a new workflow
· Work in a tender team to propose the most efficient configuration
· Perform analysis, simulations to show the proposed outcome in TAT with the new configuration and report the result in clear way
· Make the best-fit layout (2D and 3D) for the customer, taking into account the requirements for the systems and a “Lean” way of working in the laboratory
· Explain the benefits of the new configuration to the customer in a clear way, presenting and/or reporting on paper
· Translate the benefits into financial benefits for the customer and for Roche
· Perform a base line analysis of the current process. Use measurements that can show the improvement after
Implementation Service
· Discuss the implementation and contingency plan with the customer
· Work together with application, IT and the customer to finalize the total workflow on the systems.
· Support project teams, both internal and in combination with the customer's team
Project schedule and milestones
· Prepare and submit Pre and Post Analytics item list to the Sales team to proceed the order
· Organization and moderation of project meetings
· Present the best layouts and designs solution in order to make sure that all customers' needs have been meet with best Workflow solutions
· Project documentation and clear management reports on developments
· Track and report project success measures, notify project team when potential issues may arise
Post Implementation Service
· To do a performance check after the initial routine phase. Compare the results with the baseline analysis and formulate clearly the benefits for the customer
· Report to the customer written and oral
· Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
External and Internal Collaboration
· Collaborate in the tender and implementation teams in a constructive way. Understand the different points of view of different stakeholders and create a solution to the best customer satisfaction possible.
· Represent the company, develop and maintain enduring, value-driven relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, other companies)
· Ensure a close working partnership with the customers and provide responsive and quality support as required
· Take active part in the RDME Consultancy Network as well as the International Consultancy Network
· Ensure horizontal and vertical information flow, co-operate with other departments and search common solutions in order to increase customer satisfaction and optimize internal procedures
· Coordinate all project aspects with stakeholders and ensuring objectives are met and business goals achieved
· Documentation of the exiting layout and proposal for the future using appropriate visualization and simulation tools

Desired profile
Who You Are
· You hold a University degree, preferably in Clinical laboratory or Life Science Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or Computer Information System
· You have 3 - 5 years of working experience related to laboratories project and workflow analysis
· Preferably, you participated in Project Management, LEAN, Six Sigma and Workflow, and are PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma certified
· You are flexible and willing to travel 50% - 60% of your time throughout the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia
· You have proven work experience with different software packages including Excel, Power Point,
· You are well structured, punctual, and strong in planning and meeting deadlines
· You are able to work independently, with minimum supervision and direction, multi-task, and adjust rapidly to new priorities
· Preferably, you have general knowledge of Electro-Mechanical systems, and Information Technology
· You are familiar with total lab workflow, middle ware, LIS, and HIS, and have basic financial knowledge/skills
· You are fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and in writing
· You have excellent oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations skills
· You are customer focused
· You pay attention to details and have strong analytical skills
