As a Product Specialist you are responsible for obtaining set sales targets and market share of allocated product/s within the guidelines of the company's product specific marketing action plan and key result areas.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
·  100% of sales target achieved on nominated products for assigned territory as per action plan and 100% of target customers profiled and updated on a regular basis.
·  Territory business plan, incorporating Key Account Management initiatives, completed by specified date each year in the required format and updated as nominated by the sales manager, as well as Territory coverage planned according to sales potential and customer prioritization
·  Call Activity: which includes, customer frequency targets met or exceeded, group meetings undertaken as outlined in the product action plans and appropriate use of allocated budgets
·  Appropriate use of CRM System to establish next-call objectives and record call details.
·  Delivery of all key selling messages to targeted customers and use of all appropriate marketing resources as outlined in the product plan of action as well as appropriate feedback on reception to marketing tactics and resources via weekly reporting process.
·  Appropriate analysis of territory sales and any additional actions required (outside of the product action plans) provided by SM/PM on monthly basis.

·  University Degree in health, science or business
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
·  Fluency in communication in both languages (English and Arabic)
