Job Summary 职位概述 :
· Responsible for safe, reliable, cost-effective and efficient operation of the Product Portfolio & Transfer Management function within MSAT
· Responsible to enable excellence in manufacturing by providing Product Portfolio & Transfer Management to the RDSZ Operations organizations that result in safe, high quality and continuously improving Transfer Management.
· The job holder ensures to meet / perform
· RDSZ Product Portfolio Management
· Owns the RDSZ Transfer Process
· Acts as receiving site transfer lead
· Defines technical requirements for new product transfers
· Provides feasibility studies
· Plan design transfers
· Coordinates and approves all transfer changes
· Acts as key contact to foreign manufacturing sites
· Capable to act successfully in Matrix Organization
· Ensure ‘Right to Operate' through compliance with all applicable GMP, SHE and other global and local
Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :
General
· Communicate the Roche Strategic Framework including the Group Business Model and the Group Management Model reinforcing the Roche values Integrity, Courage, Passion and motivate the team to live them
· Coaches colleagues and leads indirect matrix reports with their work on Product Portfolio Management and Transfer Management
Product Portfolio Management
· Oversight of RDSZ product portfolio.
· Enables decisions on product portfolio based on manufacturability, raw material quality, on market issues and strategic considerations (e.g. plans for out phasing of products).
· Provides feasibility study for in house manufacturing.
· Defines technical requirements for new product transfers.
Transfer Management:
· Owns the RDSZ Technical Transfer process.
· Provides input, oversight and approves Technical Transfer Milestones.
· Acts as receiving site transfer lead.
· Acts as sponsor for all technical transfer and is responsible to approve all transfer changes.
· First contact from sending sites in regards to any technical transfer topic
· Owns Technical Transfer documentation and is responsible to defend them during audits and inspections
Design Transfer Management:
· Plans and coordinates design transfers from R&D to RDSZ site
· First contact to R&D for initiating a design transfer to RDSZ
Quality and Compliance
· Ensure ‘Right to Operate' through compliance with all global and local regulatory requirements
applicable to RDSZ
· Implement and apply the RDSZ Quality Management System (QMS)
Safety, Health & Environment
· Ensure all applicable SHE requirements been fulfilled to comply with corporate group policy and local regulations
Matrix Leadership & People Management
· Create an environment of strong team spirit and motivate and inspire project teams to achieve ambitious goals in short, mid and longer term
· Ensure timely and effective communication within project teams
· Establish ambitious goals in line with the department objectives
Drive collaboration within site and across the network
Qualification Requirement 任职资格:
· Bachelor or Master's DegreeinPharmaceutical Engineering or Chemistry or Biochemistry Science and/or Supply Chain Management
· More than 10 years relevant health industry working experience.
· At least 4 years' experience in Technical Transfer of products from abroad or Project Management
· Related work experience in the Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical Industry with the field of technical transfer, engineering, manufacturing, QC and R&D related
· Solid understanding of the QC/QM/Regulatory process
· Knowledge of Roche internal manufacturing / supply chain / Quality and Regulatory processes, especially in Professional Diagnostics.
· Proven track record of working in a matrix organization and of consensus building and conflict management in challenging or difficult situations.
