As Product Cyber Security Officer CPS you are responsible for the area of cyber security. You are defining the technical strategy to proactively address the industry's cyber security requirements and are driving its implementation. In that role, you are not only acting as a link to senior management and the different business teams but also supporting the development teams as a subject matter expert in technical aspects. You are also a trusted partner to the business teams and quality assurance to assess and advise in case of cyber security incidents.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

·  Define the technical cyber security strategy for CPS and drive its implementation
·  Lead the cyber security incident response and vulnerability handling activities within CPS
·  Represents CPS in the cyber security issue meeting in case of global incidents
·  Represent CPS in the divisional cyber security technical committee
·  Support the product development teams as technical subject matter expert to design for secure products
·  Keep up-to-date of regulatory and other changes within the cyber security domain
·  Set up and optimize the relevant business processes, improve cyber security best practices and react to concerns of authorities, security organizations and customers
·  Act as subject matter expert for cyber security in CPS for compliance matters

As an ideal candidate, you possess a combination of a cross disciplinary background in software development or software architecture, risk management and application or network security. Furthermore, your profile includes the following experience and competencies:

·  A Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, software engineering, software architecture, or other relevant IT background
·  Extensive technical knowledge of cyber security and technology, preferably from a diverse technology company
·  Industry-acknowledged security certifications and/or experience with national or international organizations
·  State of art understanding of global and regional cyber security policies and being able to interpret differences between them
·  Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
·  Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
·  Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills which allow you to interact with senior management as well as technical engineers
·  Work experience with regulatory bodies is a plus
·  Background in medical device development or development of products for other types of highly regulated critical infrastructure is a plus
·  Fluent English, German is a plus
