Mission:
As a Process Mining Expert in your respective region (RSS Ops APAC, RSS Ops Americas, RSS Ops Europe), you will ensure that the strategic value of process mining technology is acknowledged, known in the organisation and the technology is applied in Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects as well as supporting the data driven decision making within RSS Operations. You will manage and prioritize process mining activities in a customer centric way while delivering high quality analysis on process level in collaboration with regional portfolio managers and other stakeholders and team members of Continuous Improvement Network.

In this role, you will...

Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders in Roche Services and Solutions as well as for other customer groups and drive and further develop process mining methodology/technology by applying value-adding process mining solutions

Provide requirements to the IT team for further development of process mining solutions, incl. design, plan and execute test activities
·
Coordinate and support process mining activities in different initiatives and projects
·
Actively provide ideas for use cases; support all relevant stakeholders including GBPOs with the evaluation and consulting in this area
·
Train end users and stakeholders in Celonis and promote knowledge transfer across the organization
·
Observe market trends, product developments, use cases and best practices of other peers and foster process mining/transparency mindset in the organization

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance/Accounting field or equivalent experience
·
Experience with process analysis in (larger) organizations and leading and managing cross-functional projects
·
2-5 years of experience in similar area covering IT, business and finance topics with the ability to work in an highly agile environment
·
Excellent understanding of Finance & Procurement processes as well as relevant SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD) and process analysis
·
Experience in optimizing end-to-end processes with e.g., Lean Mgmt., Six Sigma, Scrum- and customer journey methodologies
·
Excellent presentation and communication skills; strong ability to explain and breakdown complex facts
·
Ability to engage with people at all levels of the organization across cultures
·
Proficiency in English
