The Position:

We are looking for the leader of the Pre-clinical Imaging and Analytics team with experience in immunology/tumor immunology, multiplex tissue imaging and digitalization of spatial data.

The Imaging and Analytics team is part of the Oncology Discovery Pharmacology Department of the Roche Innovation Center Zürich, leading company in the development of cancer immuno-therapeutics. As a Senior/principal Scientist you will be working together with other scientists and associates, supporting the in vivo characterization of drug candidates. In this position, you will:

· 
Manage a team composed of scientists and research associates. Prior leadership experience as well as demonstrated ability in stakeholder management are strong added values.

· 
Manage the platforms of the imaging and analytics team: 2D, 3D and 4D imaging using confocal microscopy, in vivo 2P microscopy, in vivo BLI/FLI, ELISA and other imaging/analytics technologies.

· 
Develop, implement and manage data analysis platforms to support digitalization of results and advance analytical read-out. Application of artificial intelligence algorithm will be considered a favorable plus.

· 
Be responsible of in vivo preclinical activities for selected drug candidates. A good knowledge of tumor/mouse models for testing immune-therapeutics is needed. Track record of imaging assessment of tumor model/s by multiplexing approaches is a favorable plus.

Qualification :
