Job description
The Position
You will develop and coordinate a general tender strategy to respective Squad/Team and its portfolio to generate a maximal revenue for the affiliate. Prepare and model of price scenarios for tenders and commercial deals for Accounts. The Tender and Pricing Expert for Pharma will report operationally and functionally to Access Director Roche Pharma.
Challenges and Career Opportunities
- You coach and coordinate pricing activities and Public tenders with Tender & Pricing Specialist
- Update knowledge of the Pricing and Reimbursement (P&R) process in general in the Czech Republic and timely communicate these to the CZ members of the Roche Pharma
- Monitor market trends and competitors and exploit/create opportunities to improve commercial position of the Pharma products
- Drive events that will improve the perception of the Pharma products so better reimbursement and conditions are secured, i.e. roundtable discussions of OL’s, pharmaco-economic data dissemination cost comparisons vs competitions at Account level
- Actively cooperate on Risk sharing arrangements with HICs
- Own the Internal Price & Tender Management (system administration, price list, SAP and related In control steps)
- Evaluate/analyze external price reference and environmental changes and its impact (modeling, BIA) on Roche products
- Collaborate with Access Partners and Access Director, Finance, Business & Agility and Commercial Centre
- Represent Roche company brand and reputation and act according to the highest ethical standards, according to global Roche Code of Conduct and Corporate Citizenship policies
- Provide time reporting of spontaneous adverse events (AE) reports and technical complaints for all Roche products
Who you are
- University Degree in Natural Sciences, or Economy, or Management field preferred
- Fluent Czech language
- Fluent English language
- 3+ years of experience with Tenders and Pricing modelling
- Strong adherence and compliance with internal processes, regulations and procedures as well as local legislation
- Able to handle conflicting priorities
- Self-driven and self-disciplined, strong work ethic
- Active attitude towards his/her own professional development according to agreed goals
