The Portfolio Digital Marketer is overall responsible for the strategic focus and digital implementation of different brands.Generate and lead portfolio marketing vision, strategies and tactics, in alignment with A&I team strategy.
Key tasks:
· Accountable for the strategic focus and digital implementation of different brands
· based on customer real needs and customer co-creation
· with an innovative mindset
· putting patients at the centre of all actions & decisions
· whilst respecting legal and compliance specific regulations
· Acts as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety
· Role modeling Roche desired culture and agile working principles and behaviours (eg customer co creation, ideatian & testing, new brand and business planning)
· Develop and implement creative and innovative digital activities with strong customer focus and co creation that comply with legislation and ethical standards
· Supporting & enabling A&I team members to better achieve the North Star.
· Networks and gets inspired across different functions, countries, sectors
· Serving as a role model within and beyond the organization of new ways of working (digital and agile)
Requirements
· Strong strategic agility based on strong understanding of market environment, purpose, customer needs and Roche's portfolio
