You will be part of a cross-disciplinary team within Roche Pharma Research & Early Develoment (pRED) at the Roche Innovation Center Zurich.

We are looking for a highly motivated scientist who will work in close collaboration with Pharmaceutical Sciences (Toxicology), Oncology Discovery, Oncology Pharmacology and Large Molecule Research for the conduct and optimization of human cell-based in-vitro as well as mouse models to evaluate and optimize the safety and anti-tumor activity of CD3-T-Cell bispecific molecules.

As a successful candidate, you have a background in cell biology, pharmacology, immunology and/or molecular biology. You are flexible, proactive, creative, highly motivated and interested in gaining experience and exposure to experts and latest technologies in a global pharmaceutical company.

You have

•Background in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology or similar area

•Practical knowledge of cell culture including primary cell culture, FACS, cytokine analysis

•Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently

•Proficient in spoken and written English

As a PhD student on a highly innovative cross-functional project your main tasks will include

· 
Design experiments, including selection of appropriate models and read-outs

· 
Set-up, optimize and conduct experiments in cellular and other models of safety and efficacy

· 
Data analysis with advanced software tools

· 
Present your results within Roche and at external conferences
