Responsible for assisting patients to access available treatment under Roche Patient Assistance Program. He/she is doing so by assisting patients to register themselves to P360 System, ensuring all relevant data and information for treatment are correctly collected and inputted to system, assign treatment scheme as per patient's medical indication and PAP program, reminding patient on treatment schedule and requirement for access PAP program (such as uploading proof of purchase and usage acknowledgment). He/she communicates with patient both by P360 system or phone call in professional manner (with care, courtesy and respect).He/shewill directly report to PAP Lead.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
·  Completeregistration for new enrolled patients in Patient360system
·  Provide prompt assistance to all PAPpatients through P360 system (or telephone call when necessary),whichincludes treatment schedule notification, upload proof of purchase and usage acknowledgment
·  Greet patients with professional manner (care, courtesy, respect) when making/receiving thephones
·  Liaisewith Roche distributor for Compassionate Medication process of distribution
·  Reportany adverse event, special situation report to PV and Drug safety team
·  Forward any product complaint toRA
·  Processall requiredadministrative works intimely manner andaccurate
·  Forward any P360 system related issue to IT supportteam
·  Carryout the assigned duties (special projects) with great commitment and proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
·  Graduates of a reputable University (preferably nurse, pharmacist, nutritionist education background)
·  Possess minimum 1-2 years of working experience of similar role
·  Strong administration and time management
·  Good organizing and typing skill
·  Possess good attitude and interpersonal skill
·  A detail oriented (thorough) person
·  Computer literate, strong in Microsoft Office (Excel; Word; Power point) and
·  Able to communicate in English
·  Knowledge in Customer Service Management
