Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Helpdesk Intern (Mandarin Speaker)

As a P2P Intern at Roche, you will play a crucial role in our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will be responsible for managing incoming queries, providing system testing and training, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Manage Incoming Queries:

• Handle all incoming calls, emails, and tickets related to the Procurement system (myBuy).
• Assist end-users with general queries, navigation, functionalities, and processes.
• Build collaborative networks with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.

B. System Testing and Training:

• Provide testing support for the Procurement system.
• Conduct delta and refresh training sessions for end-users.
• Maintain regional training documentation and knowledge database.

C. Continuous Improvement Initiative:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements.
• Share knowledge with team members and participate in training sessions to develop skills and competencies.

D. Ensure Compliance:

• Adhere to Procurement Policy, Directives, Guidelines, and Local Procurement SOPs.

Qualifications Required:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Finance & Accounting/Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, or Procurement equivalent.
• Desirable: Degree in Business Studies or Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency in written and spoken communication with parties from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
