As a P2P Intern at Roche, you will play a crucial role in our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will be responsible for managing incoming queries, providing system testing and training, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Manage Incoming Queries:
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and tickets related to the Procurement system (myBuy).
- Assist end-users with general queries, navigation, functionalities, and processes.
- Build collaborative networks with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
B. System Testing and Training:
- Provide testing support for the Procurement system.
- Conduct delta and refresh training sessions for end-users.
- Maintain regional training documentation and knowledge database.
C. Continuous Improvement Initiative:
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements.
- Share knowledge with team members and participate in training sessions to develop skills and competencies.
D. Ensure Compliance:
- Adhere to Procurement Policy, Directives, Guidelines, and Local Procurement SOPs.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Finance & Accounting/Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, or Procurement equivalent.
- Desirable: Degree in Business Studies or Finance & Accounting.
- Proficiency in written and spoken communication with parties from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
