The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

Your day to day responsibilities are:
The P&C Knowledge Manager plays a vital role in the global P&C organization by overseeing the management of P&C knowledge & information across the organization. This role involves creating & implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge to enhance the P&C experience as well as overall operational effectiveness. In addition, this position is responsible for engaging and supporting a broader network of content owners to ensure optimal P&C knowledge management setup & experience.
As a qualified expert, you:
Knowledge & content management including facilitating governance of KM framework across P&C
Ensure customer centric content & consistency across channels
Ensures high quality of KM products & outcomes
Responsible for ensuring an easy & enabled initial interaction with P&C (in partnership with P&C chapters)
Responsible for shaping & improving internal KM processes, training, & documentation.
Engagement & support of content owner network and P&C customer facing teams
Foster knowledge sharing culture across P&C; Responsible for influencing P&C colleagues to adopt Knowledge Management framework as part of their ways of working.
Develop and execute knowledge management trainings & partnering support to content owner, KM partner, & other P&C communities.
Strong connection to customer feedback (leverage data analysis & feedback to identify usage trends & insights to enhance KM strategies & address knowledge gaps)
Continuous improvement: stay informed of best practices (process, tools, technology) & leverage existing insights to drive ongoing improvements in KM.
Responsible for driving knowledge management projects with mid-high complexity and stakeholder management.
Participation in cross functional teams/squads where Knowledge Management processes & expertise is needed.
What can you bring to our team:
We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years of related experience in Knowledge Management or related fields
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree is a plus.
Regularly required to work across time zones
This is a full-time position.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
Travel - minimized by leveraging virtual collaboration methods
Fluent in German and English is a must
Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies & best practices. Including experience in knowledge management within large global organizations
Familiarity with knowledge management tools & technology
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
