The IT capabilities and platforms are radically and continuously changing within Roche. The Application Services (AS) organisation takes overall responsibility to effectively introduce changes to the Enterprise delivered by the various solution areas. Through impactful change assessment and engagement, communications, innovative learning approaches and developing superior end user insights, we aim to drive high end user satisfaction and adoption of AS Solutions & Services.
As OCM Lead, you will be responsible for different solutions and services depending on that needs of the team. The role is based in Mississauga and will report to the Head of OCM and User Experience.
Your main responsibilities:

Lead and develop OCM and adoption plans in collaboration with Solution Owners, Service Integrators and Integrated Service Owners
·
Build close relationships with IT Business Partners, key stakeholders and business teams to understand business drivers, demands, challenges and incorporate into solution approaches in collaboration with Solutions and Component Owners

Establish trusted partnerships with Adoption teams in the Region and Sites to execute campaigns and to ensure there is broad alignment of positioning and messaging within the Region

Collaborate with Business Partners and Adoption Teams to engage directly with business teams to support the adoption of AS solutions
·
Develop compelling, creative campaigns, messages and visuals exploring new channels or methods of communication
·
Act as a sounding board and channel for those based in our North America offices for AS Solutions and Services
·
Be a scout for AS solutions by identifying andanalyzingwhere business scenarios, challenges or problems could be solved by automated systems and/or modifications to business processes with solutions such as Bots or Digital Process Automationetc.
For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in change management, marketing, digital communications, psychology or design thinking
·
3-4 years experience leading change programs or IT solution adoption
·
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a challenging environment
·
A strong background in understanding organizational dynamics with the ability to represent AS solutions, your customers demands and end users with a balanced view
·
Translating abstract and complex solutions to easy to understand concepts through compelling yet simple visuals
·
Strong interpersonal and networking skills and can build and leverage connections across the Regions
·
Knowledge of PROSCI Change Management Methodology an advantage
·
Willingness to work across time zones with regular meetings
·
Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills; French and/or German also highly desired
