In order to enable our digital transformation, we have created this position to support our Digital Service Enablement team in achieving their goal of master data cleansing. This project is our number one priority. Due to the project nature of this position, it will be a temporary assignment and will finish at the end of June 2020.

Job scope

Reporting to the service performance manager within the Technical Service department, you will contribute to delivering top-quality customer experience Services to our customers throughout the UK and Ireland. One of your major tasks will be to actively participate in the enablement of our digital transformation strategy to deliver the best customer experience to do now what patients need next. You will do so by maintaining the quality and integrity of our instruments records master data through our number one project, auditing our entire install base and by working with stakeholders across Roche Diagnostics UK and Ireland organization.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

· 
Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data

· 
Performing back-office tasks to ensure and maintain data quality and data integrity of the Roche Diagnostics UK install base and customer account datasets

· 
Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues

· 
Driving adoption of best practice processes, ensuring that data management of the installed base and customer accounts meets the needs of the RDUK organization

· 
Define and implement the required reporting and tools required to manage the data integrity of key company master data

· 
Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions

· 
Perform role and associated service activities professionally and in line with company expectations, taking ownership at all times on the service offering that Roche provides to its customer(s), and align outcomes with appropriate and relevant customer measures

Previous experience in a data administration position

Previous SAP and Salesforce experience
