Desired profile
Who you are
You're someone who wants to influence your own development. You're looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies. Where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.
This role will require you to have an inquisitive and analytical nature, to think creatively and seek “outside the box” solutions in all that you do, e.g. by looking to outside traditional pharmaceutical marketing solutions.
Ideally this post will be filled by an individual with nursing experience, preferably in haemophilia, able to lead projects and work cross-functionally. Further, maintaining high ethical standards is key and so you will ensure that all activities are in line with Roche's guidelines and ABPI/MHRA requirements.
You will also have good knowledge of the UK health care system, in particular commercial decision-making within the NHS.
Equally important are your personal qualities. The role requires autonomous working, strong project management, self-reliance, excellent team working skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Bring us your talent and we'll bring you outstanding career development opportunities - both within the UK and globally. There's also the chance to be part of this supportive culture within which feeling valued, respected and empowered is a daily experience.
If you are proud of contributing and feel you have the commitment to teamwork and innovation that we are seeking, then Roche is the organisation for you. In return we offer a competitive salary plus the excellent benefits you would expect from a blue-chip organisation, including a genuine interest in your development and progression.
Please include an up to date CV and cover letter with your application detailing clearly why this role would fit well with your current career and life aspirations.
Applications close: 1st June 2017
Good luck!
