Job description

The Position

患者全程管理

1.在生态圈内绘制患者就医流转图，从而更好的推动全程管理在医院内/间的落地。

2.协助生态圈内医院及相关科室推进和打造会诊通道，协助上下层医院间衔接流转，助力绿色转诊通道的建立，最终实现患者获益。

3.管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施，并确保其合规性。

支付方案

与准入团队合作，协助整合罗氏相关支付方案，传递完整支付解决方案信息。

疾病认知（患者教育)

• 与第三方机构协作，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，协助开展患者教育，提升疾病认知，促进患者获益

团队协作

主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合信息，提升团队客户/患者洞见

岗位所需胜任力

• 跨疾病领域知识学习能力

• 业务敏锐度

• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

•合作伙伴及大客户管理能力

• 正确的思维和行为(使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)

工作年限

•5年以上医药行业工作经验

•既往有销售/市场/医学经验

•跨职能工作经验为佳

•慢病管理，检测相关经验

教育程度/所获资格证书

•医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
