The Position

主要工作目标（岗位简介）

• 根据GMP及罗氏标准生产高质量的药物。

主要职责/责任：

• 操作机器或手工包装生产高质量的药物。
• 根据GMP及罗氏标准生产高质量的药物。完成相应文件的填写。
• 按照生产计划适当的分派工作进行生产。确保所有工作按照GMP及SOP的要求进行。参与翻班。
• 相关IT统操作，比如SAP，MES。
• 对操作员工进行现场培训，包括理论及操作培训。
• 填写及复核批次记录，日志和其他记录，确认数据的完整，准确和及时。
• 在外包装区域内安全操作。
• 负责所属外包区域的现场卫生和清洁。
• 管理班次生产线。

能力与经验
教育程度/所获资格证书

• 高中或技校（及以上）
• 药学或相关专业

领导者胜任力

• 较强GMP意识
• 良好的团队管理能力
