·  Implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues

Account & Brand Management

·  Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to influence the prescription of Roche products
·  Visit nurse to collect market feedback and build product advocacy
·  Assist to design professional hospital promotion activities

Performance Management

·  Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
·  Collect and analyze data information on time based on business requirements

Finance Management

·  Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy

·  Work closely and collaboratively with other team members

·  Keep proactively learning product knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement

Decision Making Authority

·  Allocation of time within Calendar year to achieve Key Performance Targets as provided by DSM
