Roche Pharma Global Product Strategy, the department to which this tempoarary position belongs, provides strategic business direction from research through to development and commercialization, collaborating with functions and affiliates to shape the future of medicine. GPS Digital Excellence (DEx), one of the Global Product Strategy Excellence (GPSE) functions, is a center of excellence for global digital and multichannel strategy. It collaborates with global brand, medical affairs, and communication functions, regions, affiliates and IT to craft the future of digital and multichannel customer engagement.

As part of DEx, you will be integrated into a team that shapes digital/multichannel excellence in the global organization. You are accountable for assigned project(s) to drive customer-centric product/disease area engagement strategy. All Roche employees, temporary or permanent, are expected to effectively contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordination and comply with all laws, regulations, policies & procedures that govern our business.

The object of your internship is to elevate a new to Industry medical communication initiative by bringing in critical disease state educational content to create an improved customer experience with operational effectiveness.

During you internship your tasks will include:

·  Assess and implement content migration strategy for an Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) education program into a new medical multichannel communication platform, new to the pharmaceutical industry
·  Integrate relevant user research output and take an insight-driven approach to ensure for fit for purpose content mapping/migration to guarantee a smooth customer experience
·  Add'l Digital Analytics Special Project
·  Develop approach for capturing and organizational learning from multiple analytics data to inform setup of future campaign benchmarks
·  Co-develop approach, with guidance from manager, for leveraging big and internal data to create a global multichannel dashboard to inform situational analysis in support of strategic decision-making

To take on this challenging opportunity you are enrolled in an accredited MBA program and the preferred qualifications include but are not limited to:

·  2 to 3 years of multi-disciplinary work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/or other related industry
·  Demonstrated communications and/or marketing project management experience
·  Strong competency in strategic thinking, teamwork, communication, and drive for results
·  Strong experience in leveraging analytical data is a benefit Previous experience in digital marketing or digital communication
·  Position is based in Basel, Switzerland (global headquarter)
