The Position

About the Global Digital Hub:

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

About the position:

As MarTech and Sales Business Process Owner (Sales Enablement - Tender & Response Excellence) you play an active part in the lifecycle of digital solutions roadmap, which support the global/regional/affiliate sales management business processes by providing a seamless digital experience for our customers and affiliate partners in tender management.

The main focus of the role is to define, co-create and drive Sales Enablement vision and solution roadmap within the Roche Digital Marketing ecosystem, drive affiliate roll-out of our Roche Sales Enablement solution for Tender & Response Excellence, act as Product Owner of the tool and provide business support for the affiliates.

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • Plan deployments in alignment with relevant regional and affiliate stakeholders, initiate deployment projects and support mobilizing the local organisation, define success criteria for deployments

  • Conduct kick-off meetings and process mapping workshops, provide consulting to affiliates on how to best leverage existing Commercial Operations enablers and embed them in the daily operations

  • Identify and recommend resulting organizational changes and ensure they can be planned, communicated, implemented, and documented effectively and sustainably

  • Prepare and conduct training and testing sessions for affiliate key users

  • Plan and organize business go-lives and support during hypercare phase

  • Support building, coordinating, and maintaining an international business network in the area of responsibility.

  • Act as Product Owner, lead agile teams, and drive decision-making for changes/enhancements to global Commercial Operations enablers both in the ongoing maintenance and in roll-out project activities

  • Strategically support the shaping of the Proposal-to-Contract Tender & Proposal Roadmap as well as its development, implementation, and deployment to our affiliates

  • Identify areas for process changes and improvements and bring them into the right global communities or committees for discussion and approval

  • Serve as an expert functional support escalation point and a reference point for all training-related content in the domain of expertise

  • Qualify incoming tickets from affiliate key users

  • Provide global 2nd level business support for affiliate key users

  • Escalate tickets to 3rd level IT support if needed

  • Monitor business support performance

  • Own business support process in internal ticketing portal

What can you bring to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable education in Business, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable education

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Good knowledge of commercial operations business processes in complex selling environments, ideally with management of responses to customer Tender/RFPs, and adjacent process areas

  • Very good understanding of the main supporting IT application Smartsheet, and ideally with SFDC

  • Organizational and project management skills, ideally also knowledge of SAFe and agile principles

  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to manage cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to come to an agreement, considering the balancing of interests of senior stakeholders

  • Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently and to set the majority of own goals and priorities proactively

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex problems which may affect multiple functions on a global scale in a matrix environment

  • Good ability to summarize complex problems to the essence for decision making

  • Proven experience in conflict handling and change management

  • Moderation, consulting and training skills

  • Fluent in English
