As a Marketing & Communications Manager you are responsible for developing a marketing and communications strategy for the Site Services organization in Basel and Kaiseraugst.

The Site Services Basel & Kaiseraugst (PSS) manages both business and private services, ensures high-quality, cost-efficient offerings and identify trends early. One of PSS' key concerns is easy access to the different services for all employees. PSS handles the different requirements with expertise: it provides support on an operational level, makes effective use of existing assets and ensures compliance. PSS stands for food and catering, taking a shuttle bus, booking a meeting room, getting a letter, travelling, translations, childcare, transports and customs, sports and much more.

Your primary responsibilities:

·  Acting as the Marketing Business Partner and single point of contact for marketing related topics
·  Acting as an internal consultant, supporting your client groups with state-of-the-art marketing strategies and tactics
·  Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan for Site Services and specific client groups in collaboration with Basel Site communications and other functions
·  Developing performance indicators and measuring the impact of promotional marketing and communications programs, adjusting future strategies to performance indicators

As a successful Marketing & Communications Manager you bring as a minimum a commercial education or academic degree in marketing and around 3-5 years of work experience in marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
