Job description

The Position

·       Follow SHE Policy in workshop to ensure compliance with company regulation;

严格贯彻执行SHE政策，确保符合公司准则

·       On time complete companies' relative training. 

按时完成公司的合规培训

·       Fulfill daily output ensuring production targets are met also meets the quality request and delivery date committed to the planning. Zero defects in all products; and escalate any issue to department supervisor or manager.

完成每日产量，达成生产指标，满足质量要求, 确保产品0缺陷。任何异常，通知主管或经理

·       Complete production records on time and support on review, e.g. material weighing, Circulation time and temperature record, cleaning and so on.  

·       按时完成各项生产记录并支持其的审核，例如物料称重、循环时间、温度记录、清洁等等

·       Daily monitoring, cooperate with the Manager or Supervisor to investigate issues in order to reduce down time and ensure smooth production and meet productivity and quality targets.

日常巡场，协助生产经理/主管解决生产过程中突发问题, 达成质量生产目标。

·       Perform In process test According to SOP, as PH, Conductivity and so on.

执行在线过程控制，如酸碱度测试，电导测试等。

·       Perform Parts cleaning to ensure all parts are cleaned before used for production.

执行零部件的清洗,确保所有的零部件在用于生产之前都是经过清洗的

·       Coordinate and communicate within production and cross functional,  support on/participate in process and equipment validation. 

与生产团队内部以及跨部门沟通和协调，支持/参与工艺验证和设备验证

·       Support Manager / Supervisor/Line Lead to implement lean project action and tracking result

协助经理主管,生产领班改善项目行动的实施及追踪

·       Consumable management ：Create shopping carts for production material

易耗品管理，采购系统中维护耗材采购

·       Complete other tasks from Manager, Engineer and Line Lead.

完成生产经理，工程师和生产领班安排的其它任务。
