The Position
Our Manufacturing Systems Support Team is responsible for the operation and development of the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) at our site in Kaiseraugst. To strengthen our team we are looking for a MES Recipe Specialist to support our projects and customers.
Your main responsibility will be the support of the Manufacturing Execution System. You will model and test MES master recipes, specify and test new system functions and perform the first Level Support for our end users. You will be in close collaboration with Business, Quality Assurance and IT and will also support running projects. To be prepared for the job an intensive training will be carried out at the beginning of the employment.
In this role your main responsibilities will be:
Production master recipe design and testing including master data management in MES
Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers
1st Line Support incl. Oncall (7x24)
Support of other IT OT systems (SAP, Warehouse Management (EWM), Quality Systems) and Projects
Who you are:
You bring degree in informatics, engineering or logistics
You have deep knowledge and several years hands on experience in MES recipe design in Rockwell PharmaSuite
You bring experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV), preferably former Roche experience
You have good technical understanding with good networked thinking and communication skills
You are someone with a high level of service orientation and deal with internal/external customers in an open and constructive manner
Fluent in German and English
