The Position

根据部门总体目标及策略，负责部门重点策略项目的策划执行以及部门项目优化委员会的组织运营、部门项目规划、方案制定和预算及流程管理；负责全国重点项目及创新项目的开发孵化；负责统筹准入政策倡导与洞察分析以及部门政策小组的组织运营；协助客户管理创新项目的策略制定和活动设计及执行支持

• 根据部门目标负责部门项目群优化委员会的组织运营、部门项目规划、方案制定和预算使用并建立并完善活动和项目 跟踪管理流程和评估报告系统，跟进实施进展并协调问题解决，定期更新活动的执行情况和预算管理，确保项目目标 与策略的高度切合，基于项目成果形成中央及区域的洞察建议。 
• 根据部门准入政策倡导和跟进重点负责部门政策数据项目和政策小组的统筹跟进，监测和分析宏观和重点医保，卫生，医药相关政策动态，通过与政策小组以及中央和区域执行团队配合，定期汇总更新相关政策在全国范围内的执行情况， 并对政策实施效果和影响进行分析；协助中央及区域制定政策倡导策略和行动计划。 
• 负责部门日常客户管理项目及创新优化客户管理项目的设计，针对关键客户制定项目覆盖计划，跟进进展并提供相关 报告，为部门客户互动决策提供相关建议。
• 协调跨团队的资源及项目，支持关键产品和准入政策倡导在国家/地方准入一体化策略的执行，并协助开发创新项目和活动，推动产品准入，政策倡导，项目规划和客户覆盖工作间的协调性和整体体系的提升。 

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

• Over 5 years working experience in healthcare industry, at least 2 year in access working experience; 
• Advanced degree (master preferred) in relevant fields such as medicine, health policy, economics, management, etc 
• Project management & implementation expertise is preferred. 
• English both in oral and in writing  
• Good presentation skill
