The insight manager will lead the development of a customer insight and data driven approach to Digital and Multi-Channel Communication in Roche China. This will include helping us shape our understanding of the digital environment in China, including identifying customer and patient needs in priority markets. In addition, this role will be key in helping maximizing the use of the data we have or can collect as part of our digital programs, including how we can mix, improve or collect data in order to improve and make our communications to customers more efficient.
· Lead the establishment/development of a Customer Insight program to ensure that the increasing amounts of data and research are draw upon
· Unleash the power of the data it has and how this can be used to draw on customer insights and understanding
· Lead/Provide high quality analysis and insight to stakeholders ;
· Drive the customer experience metrics for optimizing customer journey across digital and intermediary channels, ensuring positive customer feedback and alignment
· Understanding how different channels can have impact
· Provide leadership to data integration and analysis for prediction \ personalization and automation, including customer profiling, data structure and architecture
· Support Digital marketing manager to provide direction to produce dashboards and reports as necessary
· Measuring ROI: Connect the right data and metrics to our objectives to assess how campaigns and efforts are making an impact.
· Lead, motivate and develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the brand teams and digital marketing teams from an insight and data perspective.
· Accountable for resource planning, recruitment and promotion plans

· Bachelor degree, MBA or other related graduate-level and above preferred
· 3-5 years in customer insight/data experience
· Strong passion for Customer insights in a digital Marketing, digital health and innovation context
· Fluency in English language
· Understanding of digital marketing, user experience, digital measurement tools & broad digital technology experience desirable;
· Has demonstrated ability to manage complex technology based solutions with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders. Experience in closed loop marketing, CRM systems, analytics and mobile applications desirable
· Demonstrated strong cross-functional working skills
· Creative, entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute and measure highly innovative customer focused digital projects fast and to a high standard
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
