Legal Operations Specialist

At Roche, the Legal & Compliance team consists of Legal Pharma, Legal Diagnostics, Legal Merger & Acquisitions, and Group Functions, Group Compliance, Group Patents & Trademarks and Group Audit & Risk Advisory. We are helping Roche to seize opportunities, protect and defend our assets, and preserve our license to operate at many levels.
The position
You will join the Legal Operations Team which is focused on Documents/Contracts Lifecycle Management as well as Corporate Matters. This team supports our legal and compliance community and also partners with our internal clients to deliver a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Legalization and notarization of various documents
Supporting the contracting processes (e.g. formatting, finalization of contracts, signatories, repository, search, creation of purchase orders, and handling of invoices)
Management of dedicated current legal systems and adoption of new applications
Managing the signature process for various documents

This is a full-time position (100%), based in Basel.
