· Partners Closely with Leaders of the Assigned TA to Plan and Develops the Learning and Development Plan for the TA:
· Obtains thorough understanding of the TA's external and internal Business environment including its Business strategies, products, talent landscape, and relevant external trends; develops a clear picture of the opportunities, challenges, and implications for the TA's employee learning and development
· Identifies the current and future capability and knowledge gaps critical to achieving the TA's business goals; works with TA stakeholders to prioritize and agree on areas of learning and development focus and investment for the TA
· Formulates the learning & development framework for the TA and develops executable and measurable learning & development total solutions
· Plans and manages budgets, identifies and takes actions on potential areas of cost synergy to improve both client experience and resource utilization
· Performs as A Resource Integrator for the TA to Manage and Ensure the Fulfillment of Learning & Development Total Solutions:
· Assign TA to define key resources, working process, and deliverables for learning and development solutions
· Integrates appropriate internal and external resources by cooperating with Design Center, Learning Excellence & Operations, in-field trainers, CMA, Medical, Marketing, and external vendors for design and delivery of learning & development solutions
· Customizes existing Learning & Development solutions (created by the Design Center) with TA elements to better cater to TA's context
· For TA-specific needs, besides integrating resources, conducts the solution designs and seeks necessary help from the Design Center Supports in-field trainers to deliver training programs as needed
· Optimizes the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Learning & Development Solutions:
· Regularly reviews and improves the learning & development solutions to proactively keep up with changes in the TA's Business
· Continuously looks for opportunities to enhance Learning Organization's processes and mechanisms to better leverage and share resources, facilitate smooth cooperation with in-field trainers, Design Center, and Learning Excellence & Operations
· Conducts regular information-sharing sessions with the internal Learning & Development community to exchange information, experience, resources and identify cross-TA needs

Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书
· Bachelor's degree in Management, Organizational Development or equivalent; Master's degree is preferred.
· Significant work experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably as DSM, RSM with a deep and practical understanding of the Business
· Demonstrated experience and solid knowledge in functional and general training areas with excellent consulting skills and project management skills

· High level of Business acumen with a strong ability to be forward-thinking and strategize/prioritize, able to deliver cost-effective, impactful learning and development outcomes/ROIs for the assigned TA while understanding business implications of decisions and alignment with business goals.
· Demonstrated planning skills to generate effective action plans, set clear schedules, milestones, constantly monitor the progress, control the quality to ensure the smooth ongoing and on-time final delivery of projects.
· Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop a close partnership with TA clients, harness influence, lead, inspire and engage diverse stakeholders such us Design Center and In-field Trainer to co-delivering the learning & development solutions. Meanwhile, be able to identify and coordinate conflicting interests among multiple stakeholders and maintain effective and smooth communications and cooperation.
· Effective at identifying, evaluating and leveraging internal and external resources (people, expertise, technology/tools, platforms, alliances) to provide high-quality learning & development solutions and better fulfill the TA's Business needs.
· Proven ability to conduct all phases of a needs assessment including planning, data gathering, and presenting findings as well as recommendations to key stakeholders.
· Broader knowledge base of the Business, the full spectrum of products, the external trends, the talent landscapes of the assigned TA to provide customized learning & development solutions that solve the business pain points.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusting and effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
