Label Control Clerk I

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:

·  Monitors and verifies drawings and bills of material to ensure proper assembly of all components and Device History Records (DHRs).
·  Maintains inventory control of all material used (i.e. accurate count of labels issued and on-hand).
·  Issues and prints all label types in the Label Control Area.
·  Completes System Transactions when labels are issued to a job or inventories are counted.
·  Completes Rework Instructions for re-labeling jobs.
·  Implements 5S practices in work area and in common areas to maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
·  Contributes as a team player by rotating to different roles as needed.
·  Identifies discrepant BOM and label drawings and notifies the appropriate area for connection.

Formal Training/Education

Education Level:

·  HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience:

·  Three months Ventana experience or HSD/GED and six months general clerk experience/training

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·  Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
·  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
·  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
·  Ability to effectively react to unexpected changes.
·  Ability to identify discrepancies. Attention to detail.
·  Ability to read and interpret drawings and Operating Procedures (Ops).
·  Ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers, team members, and area supervision.
