This role is based in Klang Valley (45%), with coverage area including Johor (55%), reporting to the Lab IT & Workflow Solutions Lead. You will act the technical resource to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the with Workflow IT (WFIT) and Digital Solutions implementations and troubleshooting
• Document all changes, modifications, scripts/programs created on Lab IT software. Document all customers’ touchpoints in the CRM system correctly on time.
• Deliver service, preventive maintenance, and software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule. Manage accounts, prioritize jobs and assign to teammates accordingly
• Analyze data generated from WFIT solutions and provide insights/action recommendations from the data analysis.
• Follow all documented procedures and processes, to ensure the product application/solution functions to specifications. Ensures internal and external stakeholders' satisfaction during the installation and integration processes and post-go-live period.
• Liaises with APAC, GSS, or Roche Diagnostics Spain to manage technical issues.

Who You Are:

• Seasoned professional with WFIT/Digital Solutions experience or a fresh graduate in Biomedical field of study with interest in WFIT
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible with being "on-call" and travelling to Johor when it is needed.
• Eager to learn, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work in a team
