The Position
Join our Roche KL IT Graduate Program and embark on a rewarding journey to kickstart your career in information technology. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in various aspects of IT. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and prepare for a successful career in the IT field.
Program Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development: Participate in a structured training program that covers fundamental IT concepts, technical skills, and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Project Support: Collaborate with experienced IT professionals on real-world projects and initiatives, applying your knowledge and skills to solve practical problems.
Mentorship: Receive mentorship and guidance from senior IT staff to accelerate your professional growth.
Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development through training, workshops, and online resources.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow trainees and IT team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirement:
Education: Completed studies as of 1st May 2024 with Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bio Tech or any related field OR must have graduated less than 24 months of an application date
Technical Skills: No prior work experience required however an understanding and knowledge any of the following skills is a plus
Security information and event management (SIEM) products, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
Programming and Ops Skills: Python, Perl, Ruby, Powershell.
Agile and DevOps Toolsets: Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and end-users.
Enthusiasm: A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and embrace challenges.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team, share knowledge, and contribute positively to group dynamics.
Initiative: Proactive attitude and a strong drive for self-improvement and career development.
Ethical Behavior: Understanding of the importance of data security and privacy.
Availability: Commitment to the full duration of the Graduate Development Program.
Assessment Method:
Video Resume is required for the first stage of review.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual Assessment.
Based on the outcome of the assessment, candidates will be further shortlisted for a final virtual interview.
