Based in Basel, as Junior Controller within the Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) Basel controlling group you will help drive key processes in analyzing management information for decision-making in pRED. Your responsibilities will include:

·  Ensure and maintain accuracy, quality, integrity and decision-making relevance of the information;
·  Review and challenge monthly actual results and forecasts in order to prepare periodic analysis and commentaries, presentations and reports on operating performance;
·  Work closely with functional and global controllers in the analysis of actual results and forecasts providing transparency and insights;
·  Manage the financial forecasting process for functions within the area of responsibility, as well as the actual performance towards the financial goal of the corresponding functions
·  Support the global pRED closing process
·  Ensure proper governance and internal control in the area of responsibility and drive implementation of reporting changes;
·  Provide support to cross functional projects and initiatives.
