IT Financial Compliance Manager

As an independent function within the Roche Group, the Financial Compliance Team assists the two core businesses as well as group functions to manage their Financial Compliance risks and to improve the efficiency and compliance of their finance operations. We are a multicultural and dynamic team based in Basel, Switzerland.

·  Plans and performs ITGCs design and operating effectiveness testing, including IPE and ITACs
·  Guides the IT applications under direct responsibility in establishing ICFR control documentation with the required level of quality
·  Drives change cycle activities, risk assessment, application scoping and documentation maintenance for the IT area (IT applications, non-standard reports)
·  Maintains and runs the RD-ICFR trainings and other trainings for the IT Organization
·  Supports and advises the IT Organization in IT financial compliance matters

You will bring the following skills and qualifications:

·  You have solid academic credentials (university degree), ideally in IT or business administration, 3-5 years of experience in external auditing (big 4), working with SOX, ICFR and internal control design and operations from an IT perspective
·  Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, further languages are an advantage
·  Solid IT acumen, process and risk knowledge
·  Strong team player and excellent communication/influencing skills
·  Analytical skills, synthesis capabilities
·  Willingness to operate in an international environment
