Roche Centralised and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) provides integrated Cobas branded solutions for blood testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centers and laboratory networks. Our products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, hematology, infectious diseases, metabolism, oncology and women’s health.

In our CPS Business Area we are looking for an Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS) that ensures that submitted study protocols of post-launch non-registrational studies are reviewed by relevant stakeholders to internal processes and timelines and approved studies are managed to internal standards, timelines, and budgets.

General Responsibilities

·  Cleaning up the database (Excel database)
·  Performs regular follow-up and tracking of study status
·  Coordinate the IIS process with supporting the IIS leader and the IIS expert
·  Maintaining effective working relationships with key Roche personnel from MSA Clinical Sciences, Legal, Procurement, Verification, and Project Management functions
·  Participates in developing and contributing to MSA process improvements and cultural change
·  Liaises with essential functions and Affiliates as needed to ensure smooth support of IIS

Qualifications:

·  Education: University Degree or equal through experience.
·  Has clinical operations and /or clinical data management understanding (Pharmaceutical/Diagnostics)
·  Experience in an international work environment preferred
·  Excellent organization, presentation, and time management skills
·  Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, building own support networks
·  Flexible and willing to learn
·  Must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
