·  Develops and communicates key messages, product positioning and branding of Companion Diagnostics (CDx) in collaboration with Pharma partners.
·  Develops marketing tools and globally organizes marketing activities in support of co-launch with associated therapy
·  Serves as primary point of contact with Pharma partner for launch strategy, commercialization activities, and global affiliate support
·  Product champion and main conduit for all product-related communications

Essential Functions:

·  Drives and coordinates development of marketing tools and activities (e.g. brochures, training manuals, slide decks, internet/intranet sites and other e-media, branding guidelines, congress stand designs, satellite symposia, posters, stand alone meetings) and branding development/evolution process,printing and distribution of publications supporting the product key messages.
·  Drives activities related to launching/promoting new and existing products.
·  Develops marketing deliverables for product commercialization, including comprehensieve plans for specific product launches.
·  Continuously monitor customer requirements and drive product line performance and required specfication and quality improvement initiatives.
·  Reviews the affiliate delivery of plans in line with the global strategy and implements the global marketing strategy through the affiliate companies. Provides high level support and guidance to the affiliate companies on product issues.
·  Plans and contributes to the International Business Team meetings (IBT), and affiliate meetings.
·  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the global market for product area.
·  Initiates appropriate market research; monitors competitor activity and recommends and develops action to address them.
·  Creates and fosters a strong team spirit and takes on the role of ‘product champion'.
·  Cultivates and develops Key Opinion Leaders, product advocates, speakers.
·  Prepares, implements and monitors international marketing budget.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Formal Training/Education:
·  Bachelor's degree in marketing, science or a related field.
·  Masters or MBA preferred.
Experience:
·  Three (3) five (5) years of marketing/sales or related experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic or related industry (the related experience could be technical and/or software for DP&W positions); non-industry experience may be substituted on a 2:1 basis.
·  Experience in product positioning and branding, plus demonstrated experience of translating science into marketing messages.
·  Experience managing branding, medical education and PR/Communication agencies.
·  Budget management amd product launch experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
·  Knowledge of respective market.
·  MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
·  Excellent project management skills.
·  Sound financial/model building skills.
·  Excellent team skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.
·  Strong communication and analytical skills, with strong technical acumen and proven sales/marketing skills.
