The Position

IMP订单管理专员

工作职责：

管理SAP系统订单，根据订单要求与临床研究机构收货人员进行送货时间的预约。 根据预约计划对订单进行排序，用于备货计划和运输计划。 对订单的执行情况进行跟踪，汇总分析。 对呆滞订单进行跟踪和沟通。 对回收和销毁订单进管理。 围绕订单进行跨部门沟通协作。

要求：

有医药行业相关工作经验，对临床研发业务有一定的认知。 有较强的逻辑思维能力，良好沟通能力和时间管理能力。 有一定的抗压能力。 良好的英文沟通能力。

IMP Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities/Tasks

1. Manage orders by the SAP system and make delivery time appointments with the receiving personnel of clinical research institutions according to order requirements.

2. Sort orders according to the reservation plan for warehouse planning and transportation planning.

3. Track, collect and summarize order execution status.

4. Track and communicate backlog orders.

5. Manage return and destruction orders.

6. Conduct cross-department communication and collaboration around orders

Requirements:

1. Have work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiar with the clinical trial.

2. Have strong logical thinking, good communication and time management ability.

3. Have a certain ability to withstand stress.

4. Good English communication skill.
