We are currently looking for HR Assistant who can support HR activities in order to accelerate and improve the current recruitment process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist on the recruitment procedures such as: collecting recruitment requests from departments, sourcing and screening qualified profiles (phone interview included), arranging interview, taking care of pre-employment health check for new employees, etc.
· Conduct and improve orientation process for new-hires to facilitate their good integration with the Company and follow up the status of submitting required documents.
· Assist on providing guidance for employees when they have issues with HR system.
· Manage and update internal HR database systems to ensure all data (hard & soft copied) are up to date.
· Handle all HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letter and other related HR documents, HR reports, sending welcome email to new comers, guideline for employees, etc.
· Propose ideas and assist on the implementation of internal events such as Company Kick-off meeting, Year-End Party, team activities, etc. in order to strengthen team spirit and increase employee's satisfaction or engagement to the Company.
· Other duties may be assigned by the management.
Education and Qualification:
· Minimum a Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
· Minimum 1 year of Human Resources professional experience, recruitment experience is preferred (internship experience included)
Other skills & abilities
· Good experience in recruiting (sourcing, screening CVs, plan interviews, etc.)
· Basic business understanding
· Basic understanding of Vietnamese labor law
· Good interpersonal and customer service skills
· Good time management and organizing skills
· Detailed-oriented, patient, supportive and can-do attitude.
· Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
· Good English proficiency
· Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Gmail and other HR systems when required.
