Main Responsibilities
As the Healthcare manager you will
Lead and/or contribute to development of clinical strategies
Understand clinical challenges and customer pain points and translate these to opportunities for value creation
Lead the clinical / medical activities required for digital health product development., including risk assessment and medical evaluation of product complaints
Represent the clinical/medical perspective with training in General Medicine, Cardiologist, and/or General Medical Practitioner within product teams.
Provide iterative feedback during the product development cycles
Design medical use product test protocols and deliver
Collaborate with User Interface / User experience teams to identify user friction, surprise and delight factors
Support the design clinical evidence generation studies/projects to support intended product market claims
Lead in planning and conducting product-related clinical advisory boards
Engage with the external healthcare system and healthcare professionals to communicate the Medical Value of a Digital Health Product and/or Integrated Solutions
Support marketing clinical collateral generation in planning and release
Skills
Strong customer orientation and understanding of clinical care environments
Strong understanding of market trends in healthcare IT,
Ability to translate clinical considerations into technical/IT considerations
Highly effective at summarizing and presenting key considerations and decision-points
Strong business acumen: knows the industry, key competitors, marketplace factors/dynamics
Good interpersonal and influencing skills;
Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations impacting digital health, pharma and diagnostics
Education
MD (required)
Board-certified or eligible healthcare professional in Internal Medicine, General Medicine, Cardiology, Family Practice.
Licensed physician with overall 8+ years of Clinical Practice experience, and 3+ years board-certified.
Experience working in corporate environment in the US (nice to have)
Experience in healthcare IT industry and/or additional qualification clinical informatics, computer science, data science (nice to have)
Qualifications related to agile tools (nice to have)
