Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading projects in relation to healthcare transformation and organizational sustainability; guiding clients to achieve their objectives.

The role

The focus of your role will include:

·  Developing and implementing projects which impact on healthcare processes to contribute to the improvement of health outcomes; and developing evidence and economic models to facilitate the fast introduction to market.
·  Facilitating the introduction of diagnostic and technological innovations by carrying out strategic and process consulting projects.
·  Implementing value-based projects working directly with public hospitals on proposals based on value and patient outcomes.
·  Developing consulting processes, tools and standards that contribute to the execution of different projects, both internal and external.
·  Leading strategic projects in the international field, developing the role of Strategic Consultant and contributing to the strategy of the Roche Healthcare Consulting brand in EMEA.
·  Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams for the development and execution of projects (especially with Hospital Solutions, Patient Care, Marketing, Customer Support and Finance Services).

Desired profile

Who you are

·  You will have a bachelor's degree in health sciences, science, business or engineering
·  An MBA qualification would be an advantage
·  You will have 3 - 4 years' experience in consulting related to the world of health
·  Experience in the Digital Health industry or Healthcare industry is preferred
