The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

Your day to day responsibilities are:
As a HCP Compliance Analyst you will work with the finance, audit, compliance and other departments of selected Roche affiliates. You role will be to monitor global health care provider (HCP) profile data within the health care provider (HCP) Database and Roche’s aggregate spend tool to ensure data integrity, including HCP profile matching and transactional data accuracy.
The Analyst will work closely with the Transparency team to continually enhance the HCP Database, leveraging external data validation services.
As a qualified expert, you will be responsible for:
Service Delivery and Cross-functional collaboration
Control the HCP line Items of the G/L Accounts (GRIR) and D2P of the RE region by analyzing the reports drawn by SAP / integrated to ensure that all purchase orders have been effectively invoiced and their services received with transactions with their proper justification and their allocation in the accounting accounts
Use the Transparency Controls and analyze data recorded in the system to ensure accuracy of transactions in accordance with the rules and standards elaborated regionally.
Monitor the HCP/HCO vendor master data with direct action on UCI/IK code of the RE region by analyzing the reports drawn by SAP and Transparency Front End ensuring all master data are in line with their allocation in the accounting accounts
Consolidate data on a quarterly base and yearly base. Prepare the Country and Regional Decks according to the global template
Ensure legally required data integrity for the health care provider (HCP) Global Transparency group, which includes researching, matching/mastering, validation, and correction of data records
Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting on Health Care Professional spend
Supporting HCP crossborder engagements by ensuring data correctness and timely reporting
Provide access for the Transparency Spend Reporting tool
Working closely together with Transparency & Financial Sustainability GBPM team
Supports country representatives in HCP transparency field
Collaborate with affiliates to develop and implement action plans in case of transparency control weakness
Problem solving root causes collaboratively. Critical thinking and problem solving that result in process improvements
Stakeholder management
First point of contact for key stakeholders, ensure collaborative relationship
Regular operational reviews with stakeholders for own area
Contribute to develop Customer Satisfaction on a cross-functional level
Who you are
We are seeking an individual with:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.).
2-3 years of financial accounting experience or internal auditor or internal controls/ any other compliance area
Growth mindset and customer focus
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills are needed.
Very good skills in English and in international & intercultural collaboration
Ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective presentation and analytical skills
Further requirements
You bring the following qualifications:
Strong compliance mindset
D2P/AP knowledge, experience is advantage
SAP and audit testing tool is advantage
MBA or CPA certification is a plus
