As Community Lead (internally known as Health Economics Health Outcomes & Medical Writing Partner - Community Lead), your goal is to deliver better outcomes to more patients faster, embracing innovation, customer-centricity, and personal growth. You'll work in a flexible, collaborative environment where individual empowerment is key, fostering a culture of authenticity, accountability, and continuous personal and organisational transformation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide expertise andstrategic input into Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects and cross-functional initiatives

  • Coach and mentor the team for delivery of Access and Pricing strategies, HTA submissions, Health Outcomes projects, and Pipeline assessments.  Responsible for governance and technical quality-control of team deliverables, including Pricing & Reimbursement strategies

  • Contribute to resource planning/sharing across Chapters to meet evolvingpriorities and constructively flag any resource constraints, with a collaborative approach to find solutions.

  • You will prioritisetasks to prevent "work-creep" and focus on personal development within and across Chapters.

  • Own development to align skills with organisational needs and demonstrate VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) as you develop your personal skills and capabilities, to positively support colleagues.

  • Align your personal purpose with the Organisational North Star to enable you to flourish and shine in your role..

  • Utilise your skills and capabilities within empowered, multi-skilled teams to deliver both Foundational & Squad-prioritised work

  • You’ll work collaboratively across the organisation to remove silos and duplication, ensuring efficient use of similar skill-sets to support the common pursuit of the North Star.

  • You’ll act as a guardian for compliance, ethics, and safety, prioritising patient-centric business behavior.


 

Your profile

  • You have a degree and postgraduate qualifications in health economics, statistics, life sciences or similar, along with solid experience in leading & delivering HEOR projects

  • You have a detailed understanding of the role of health economics/health outcomes within the NHS and pharmaceutical industry, including the methods, processes and timelines of UK HTA 

  • Strong knowledge and insights into the evolution of the UK HTA system and proactively identifying future opportunities & challenges for Roche, as well as economic evaluation concepts and payer evidence generation

  • You’re a skillful coach / mentor, and have a passion for being able to guide and support all members within the chapter
