We are now looking for a Health Economics, Health Outcomes & Medical Writing Partner to join our team as a Medical Writer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilising your skills and capabilities to deliver high-quality medical writing projects. You will work collaboratively as part of empowered, self-managed, multi-skilled teams to ensure that our work is aligned with our organisational principles and delivers superior business outcomes.


Your key responsibilities

  • Aligning your personal purpose to the Organizational North Star to enable you to flourish and shine in your role.

  • Utilising your skills and capabilities to deliver Foundational work and Squad-prioritized work in line with Organisational principles.

  • Working collaboratively and sharing expertise across the organisation to remove silos and duplication, ensuring efficient use of similar skill sets.

  • Acting as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety, always putting patients at the center of all actions.

  • Contributing to resource planning and sharing across Chapters to ensure proper allocation and utilisation of resources.

  • Continually reviewing and improving the efficiency of the "Foundational work" to minimise resource requirements.

  • Demonstrating ruthless prioritisation to avoid work-creep and maintain focus on Foundational work, Squad-prioritised work, and personal development.

  • Involvement in Squads and Squad work, as well as global activities, as required.

  • Owning your development and actively growing your skills and capabilities within your Chapter and other relevant areas.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field, with post-graduate or advanced qualifications

  • You have solid medical writing experience

  • You are able to independently interpret, analyse, synthesise, and present scientific data in various forms and to various audiences

  • You have experience or exposure in writing Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions

  • You are familiar with working on conference abstracts, posters, and manuscripts

  • You possess excellent written & verbal communication skills with attention to detail, good grammar, and syntax skills

  • You are comfortable with managing complex projects and coordinating the production of multiple documents

  • A strong, demonstrated ability to collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver superior business outcomes
