The ASPIRE Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP's, industry and available Roche best practices.

Reporting to the Global Head of ERP Transformation, the Global IT Training Manageris responsible for defining, developing and maintaining the IT Training strategy that will support the Communications and the Organizational Change Management plans, lead the development of the IT training framework, toolbox, tracking and support the roll out of the different training plans globally and regionally. The Global IT Training Manager will work closely with a wide area of stakeholders within and outside the Program, ASPIRE Management Team members, workstream leads and members, in particular ASPIRE Program Training leads, OCM leads and Communication Managers, all three business regions and its affiliates, global business and IT teams, as well as Roche ERP team members.

Your primary responsibilities include:

·  Assess, evaluate, analyze and define IT learning needs and requirements for the IT ASPIRE Program and project team members, for the ASPIRE program and project team members with regards to IT trainings (including, but not limited to systems, solutions and processes), for Roche ERP team members and the Roche IT organization affected by the ASPIRE program
·  Define and develop the IT Training strategy and plans. Deliver the learning solutions together with the ASPIRE Organizational Change Management team, Communication Managers and other ASPIRE stakeholders and aligned with the overall Program plan phases (Initiate, Define, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Nurture, etc…) for the ASPIRE Core team and other Roche organization impacted by the ASPIRE program
·  Design, develop and implement the IT learning framework for the ASPIRE teams and stakeholders, including embedding new ways of working for the ASPIRE program and IT organizations, adoption and application of methodology, technology and solutions to support the ASPIRE program delivery (Roche PMM enhanced with SAP Activate, Focused Build Solution Delivery and Application Lifecycle Management supported by SAP SolMan)
·  Develop, implement and track the IT training plans through robust KPIs and status reporting. Support the IT ASPIRE Leadership team, providing guidance and leadership regarding training and learning topics. Engage with IT Line managers to drive the training behavior and change management strategies
·  Demonstrate leadership, facilitation and problem solving skills in order to plan, design, deliver and maintain successful learning programs
·  Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and share knowledge and best practice
·  Manage stakeholders on all levels and across the organization to ensure an aligned approach on the adoption of the solutions

You bring the following qualifications:

·  Educated to Master's, MBA degree level or equivalent in business or IT
·  10 to 15+ years of experience in IT projects, Learning and Development for large scale projects and programs
·  10+ years of experience in broad project-based experience delivering Learning strategies
·  10+ years of experience in delivering learning face to face and virtually
·  10+ years of experience in working with external learning vendors to deliver learning solutions
·  Previous experience working in a regulated environment (GxP, ISO...) is preferred
·  Relevant work experience in learning and development, training, human resources or other related project management; ideally some of which has been gained in the pharmaceutical industry
·  Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills(at all levels of an organization)
·  Proven leadership, collaboration and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders and management of all levels; ability to work effectively and efficiently in cross-functional, often virtual and matrixed team
·  Excellent skills in crafting presentations and verbal and written communications
·  Previous experience leading or coordinating cross functional teams
·  Strong influencing, motivation and negotiation skills: proven abilities to influence others without authority
·  People and third party management
·  English: Business fluency (native English speaker highly desired)
