The Opportunity:

The crew at Roche Diagnostics has embarked on a numinous { nu-mi-nous; adj.: the powerful, personal feeling of being inspired and overwhelmed} voyage to transform the way we do business and work together for patients and customers.

Together with the Digital Transformation Office and Roche's experienced organizational development experts, your mission will be to make digital an intrinsic part of our division's DNA. We are setting the course for the 30,000 people of Roche Diagnostics to use agile ways of working and agile mindsets and behaviors. Are you ready to take your place as Global Agile Coach, speeding our digital transformation and delivering the solutions patients need next?

Show our crew the ropes of the agile mindset through coaching, mentoring and training! You will be influencing and coordinating a growing, global crew of agile coaches, setting the sails to shift our mindsets, our ways of working, and the structures we work in. Closely linked to the Digital Transformation Office, you will navigate through a wide range of waters: across the global organization and within divisions, affiliates, or functions. You will in particular be shaping our agile coach curriculum, “train the trainers”, coordinate and strengthen exchange in a vibrant agile coach community, support organizational development with strategic interventions, teach, train and coach strategically important teams and continuously ensure that Roche's digital voyage remains on course.

We work closely with the CEO of Diagnostics and the leadership team with the goal of enabling, accelerating, and scaling digital transformation across a truly digital Roche Diagnostics.

Who you are:

·  Bachelors degree required
·  Wide range of coaching and facilitation techniques and the ability to connect, inspire and convince, particularly at the executive level
·  2+ years of demonstrated understanding of scaled agile methodologies, design thinking and LEAN methodology
·  5+ years of experience in driving organizational readiness in large-scale transformations working with senior leaders across globally matrixed organizations
·  Demonstrated examples of your ability to facilitate and lead organizational change and transformation on C-suite level
