Position Summary:
·  Creation, communication and implementation of long term as well as short term business planning and marketing strategies of a given franchise product(s) in the Business Unit therapeutic areas.
·  Franchise Manager will be directly reporting to the Marketing Head.
·  Franchise Manager will oversee directly the assigned product managers.
Position Responsibilities:
·  Creates overall strategy for given franchise products, identifies the market needs, determines the corresponding market and patient share, permanently searches for new clients and possibilities for further product growth.
·  Develops and implements long and short term marketing plans and tactics which optimally correspond to the realization of the budgeted sales.
·  Directs and coordinates the marketing activities of the given franchise products in all registered indications so that resources are utilized in the most efficient way.
·  Contributes to the overall marketing strategy through proactive participation on its leadership team.
·  Achieves defined sales targets for allocated products, while maintaining the level of defined product promotion costs and forecasts.
·  Provides leadership to the given team in order to achieve the business objectives and agreed goals.

Position Requirements:
Experience
·  Pharmaceutical / Medical university degree.
·  MBA is a plus.
·  Minimum 7 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, minimum four years of them in management positions ideally within the Pharma industry.
·  Proven track record of success: minimum last 2 years of fully met expectations or above.
·  Minimum two years of people management experience.
·  Knowledge with the basic marketing and sales strategies.

Skills/Abilities
·  Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·  Makes good and timely decisions in relatively complex situations and even under uncertainty or pressure.
·  Able to identify and build upon common interest to create a win-win outcome.
·  Very good MS Office literacy.
·  Fluent English.
