We are looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) at Roche Diagnostics to serve as key business partner to the commercial organization and report to Finance Enterprise Partner Lead. 

As a FEP,  you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organisation (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • You partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside  the  customer journey with an enterprise mindset. 

  • You balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities

  • You are a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.

  • You ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions 

  • You participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets

  • You support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency

  • You have an entrepreneurial, commercial and customer centric mindset with an ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture.

  • You have strong business and financial acumen and experience working with and for the customer.

  • You are actively seeking input and building relationships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem.

  • You are able to navigate a complex, challenging environment based on agile principles.

  • You are fluent in English and Turkish
