Position Title: Finance Business Partner, 2 Year Contract in Externals/2 Year CDIP for Internals

Job Purpose:
As the Finance Business Partner you will manage study forecastingand straight lined accrual (SLA) processes through Quantum/Q-Finance and supporting systems. You will lead the communication from the STMs to Life Cycle Controllers (LCCs) and Operation Project Leaders (OPLs) on the financial performance of the study portfolio by providing insightful reporting and analyses for strategic decision making. You willtake a lead on the transition and consolidation of the study forecasting process from the business into Finance. Be the first point of contact for regular Audits and ICFR controls.

Job Accountabilities
·  Monitoring that clinical trial contracts and change orders are properly set up in Quantum/Q-Finance.
·  Ensuring accrual/actual postings in SAP are accurate and consistently processed.
·  Reviewing and reconciling balances between Plansource, SAP, Quantum, and Q-Finance.
·  Collaborating with Procurement and the Technical Support team (SPE) to enable improved forecasting through accurate and timely expense processing and accrual management.
·  Managing study forecastingand straight lined accrual (SLA) processes through Quantum/Q-Finance and supporting systems
·  Organize communication with LCC's and OPL's as required by the business
·  Lead the communication on the financial performance of the study portfolio by providing insightful reporting and analyses for strategic decision making.
·  Take a lead on the transition and consolidation of the study forecasting process from the business into Finance

Qualifications:
·  4 year undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance
·  Designation preferred
·  Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
·  Adhere to established deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·  Possess excellent analytical, research, reconciliation, and problem solving skills.
·  Drive for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
·  Solid SAP experience,proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge in PowerPoint
·  Knowledge/experience in any other IT tool/system like PlanET, Plansource, Ariba and/or Quantum is a plus
