Field Service Engineer will be responsible in carry out the engineering service function of laboratory network by provision of instrument troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance and other issue of instrument after sales services to the satisfaction of the customer. Furthermore, you will be responsible for :

·  Complete the timely pre-installation inspection and installation of RD and other analytical systems within areas of responsibility
·  Ensure customer base is supported with quality after sales service and ensure comprehensive engineering support to RDI customer base
·  Act as an integral part of the Laboratory Network B.A. and RDI as a whole, and to communicate openly on all relevant matters/issues with team members and to thoseinvolved
·  Manage spare parts stock accurately and in a timelymanner
·  Complete all paperwork required by the time requested e.g. territory reports, expense forms, customer records, market information, Service Contract Documentation for all analyzer placement, etc

You have to obtain Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and possess minimum experience of 1 year in related field. Furthermore, you will have to obtain qualification as follows:

·  Demonstrates strong leadership
·  Demonstratepersistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes
·  Focusand able to achieve results without constant supervision
·  Able to converse and write in English
·  Good basic computer skill (Microsoft Office, etc)
