What we do:
We are looking for aField Service Engineer. In this role you will work on debugging, repairing, installing and maintaining our cutting edge instruments at our partners in laboratories and hospitals nationwide. As the main focus is on our devices located in the central part of the country, living at that area might be an advantage, so you could reach them more easily. Please consider this when applying.
In this role you are responsible for:
Being the face of Roche therefore your professional behavior will contribute to the image of Roche, and will collaborate with the hospital and laboratory staff using our devices
Installing the devices and maintaining them when the need arise
Using our CRM software where you are registering the services completed
Regularly absolving and running the necessary upgrades (software, hardware)
Managing and coordinating complex projects with professional support
Observing occupational safety regulations, using protective equipment
Collaborating with other departments (sales, marketing etc.), providing information to them on various topics.

Plus you have the following skills, knowledge, capabilities:
Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably electrical, mechanical or related)
Category B driving license, as you have to be mobile within the country (please note that travelling within the country is required, therefore living in a central location in the country will make it easier)
Experience with laboratory devices and digital savviness
Customer and network oriented mindset
Fluency in Hungarian and English.
Experience in working in an agile organization is an advantage.
