  Job facts

You will be responsible for Real Estate Management, Project Management and Facility Management: relates to office infrastructure (building, interior), in Shanghai and all other offices and Gimmicks Control Management

·  Supporting on the update and maintenance of facility management SOP, and the global annually FP-SCORE survey and related audit
·  Supporting the evaluation of real estate needs in terms of quantity and functionality yearly and make real estate renew/change plan
·  Supporting on global real estate approval process for optimization projects, including but not limited to new lease, renewal, expansion and disposal
·  Supporting on project management, including but not limited to lease acquisition/renewal/disposal/ fit-out and relocations through to completion and supporting on the project toolkit development
·  Supporting on communication with real estate consultant/ landlord and process for Real Estate Project
·  Supporting on the adoption/ introduction/optimization of new concepts for workplace strategies in particular projects
·  Responsible for Gimmicks control, including but not limited to Gimmicks procurement, distribution, record, inventory management and related reporting, as well as Gimmicks Control system operation and maintenance

You should have:

·  College degree in field related to project management, facility management or Admin management
·  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software application
·  Familiar with CAD system
